My first time selling a home. I struggled through the process and worried constantly. Thank goodness for Lisa. Even when I thought I had the process figured out in my head, I found myself getting frustrated when things were not going to plan. Never once did Lisa try to take control forcefully or get frustrated or give the old line "I do this for a living trust me." She gently agreed with me to a point, but then would explain her position and offer me different suggestions. Once I figured out she actually did know what she was doing I gave up the reigns and trusted her process. Any and all questions I had were fully answered and in a very timely matter. I felt very comfortable knowing I would always get a response same business day and at very most within 24hrs. Lisa has a lot of friends in the industry and that helped specifically in my situation as I did not have allot of upfront capital. She is well respected and it shows.
